Wisconsin Supreme Court accepts three new cases, including LeMieux v. Governor Evers

On June 17, the Wisconsin Supreme Court accepted three new cases during its conference. The Court granted the original action request in LeMieux v. Governor Evers, case no. 24AP729-OA. The other cases accepted by the Court include Oconomowoc Area School District v. Cota, case no. 22AP1158; and Douglas County v. K.A.D., case no. 23AP1072.
