Supreme Court order addresses process for resumption of in-person circuit court proceedings

The Wisconsin Supreme Court today issued three administrative orders addressing issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The orders address: (1) the Final Report of the Wisconsin Courts COVID-19 Task Force; (2) the extension of orders concerning appellate court operations and remote proceedings; and (3) the extension of orders and an interim rule concerning jury trials and remote hearings in the circuit courts.
