Supreme Court welcomes new Marshal

The newly appointed Supreme Court Marshal brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his new role. Patrick Studenec has been on the job since September.

A Marine Corps veteran, Studenec served from 2006 to 2010, deploying twice to Iraq. He continued his commitment to service as a military police officer with the Army Reserves in Sheboygan for three years. Over the past six years, Studenec has furthered his career in state service, working with the Department of Corrections and the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.

"I joined the Marshal's Office to protect the courts and contribute my perspective on security," Studenec said. "It's an honor to support the judiciary and help maintain a safe environment."

Outside of work, Studenec values time at home with his wife and three children. A self-described “homebody,” he enjoys the quiet moments with his family and the opportunity to balance his dedication to public service with family life.
