A number of justices, judges and state court staff are among panelists and presenters at the State Bar of Wisconsin’s 2023 Annual Meeting and Conference (AMC) from June 19-21 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and KI Center in Green Bay.
The conference features a plethora of educational programs eligible for judicial continuing education credits. Among a few of the topics addressed in this year’s sessions: artificial intelligence, technology and competence, law development, representing clients with diminished capacity, effective communication skills, and more.
The AMC is also an opportunity for judges and lawyers to network and connect with each other outside the courtroom. Back by popular demand is the Thursday evening social event held in the Champions Club overlooking historic Lambeau Field.
The Director of State Courts Office has approved covering tuition costs for state court judges and justices who attend and follow the proper registration procedures. For a full agenda and registration information, see the State Bar of Wisconsin’s AMC website.
