Circuit Court Caseload Statistics
The following reports provide summary statistical information on Wisconsin circuit court caseload. Questions about the statewide reports can be directed to statistics@wicourts.gov.
Important notes about the Excel reports:
- The median age of pending cases and dispositions cannot be calculated dynamically within Excel due to data size limitations. Users should select only one option per filter (slicer) when working with any median age report.
- Pending case counts reflect data from the first day of each year.Because pending case data can only be reported at specific points in time, users should select only a single year when reviewing pending case information.
- Dispositions and case openings can be aggregated across multiple years, so there are no restrictions for those selections.
