Supreme Court issues order in Evers v. Marklein, 2023AP2020-OA

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has issued an order in the case of Evers v. Marklein (2023AP2020-OA), dismissing one issue and accepting another for review. The court will hear arguments about whether legislative veto provisions allowing a legislative committee to block executive agency rulemaking violate the separation of powers doctrine.
