Pending before this Court is a petition filed by the Director of State Courts seeking to create a new supreme court rule implementing electronic filing in the Wisconsin circuit courts. A public hearing on this petition was scheduled for March 21, 2007. The petitioner has requested the Court postpone the public hearing on this matter until the fall of 2007.
IT IS ORDERED that the public hearing on the petition scheduled for March 21, 2007, is cancelled and the petition is held in abeyance until further order of this Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the hearing cancellation be given by single publication of a copy of this order in the official state newspaper and shall be posted on the website of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the website of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
