By prior order, we questioned whether there would be arguable merit to a postconviction motion challenging the DNA surcharge ordered at sentencing in this case. Counsel for the appellant informs us that she has researched the issue and discussed it with her client. Counsel moves to dismiss this no-merit appeal and extend the time to file a postconviction motion or notice of appeal.

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the no-merit report is rejected and this appeal is dismissed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the time to file a postconviction motion or notice of appeal is extended to sixty days from the date of this order.
