Before Blanchard, P.J., Lundsten and Kloppenburg, JJ.

Leonard La Roche appeals a circuit court order denying his motion for a stay of an administrative levy pending appeal. However, by separate summary opinion also released today, we have affirmed the circuit court order enforcing the administrative levy. Our decision in that appeal renders this appeal moot.

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed as moot.
