Before Blanchard, P.J., Lundsten and Higginbotham, JJ.
In response to our previous order, counsel for appellant Warren Schabow informs us that he now believes there is an issue with arguable merit as to whether the State breached the plea agreement at sentencing. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that the no-merit report is rejected and this appeal is dismissed without prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the time to file a postconviction motion is extended to thirty days from the date of this order.
