Under SCR 22.01, grievances from incarcerated persons may not be made by telephone.

OLR does not accept hand-delivered grievances or walk-in visitors. For assistance, please contact us by telephone or email.

The Supreme Court Clerk’s Office, located at 110 East Main Street, Suite 215, Madison, will accept hand-delivered written inquiries and grievances on behalf of OLR subject to the requirements of Supreme Court Rule 22.01.
