Court closed for business due to extreme weather conditions
Madison, Wisconsin - January 12, 2024
Due to extreme weather conditions, the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals is closed for business, including accepting filings, as of 3:15 pm CST, Friday, January 12, 2024.
The Court has issued an order regarding filing deadlines in 2023AP1399-OA Clarke v. Wisconsin Elections Commission and it has been uploaded to the Court’s website, accessible here.
The Office will also be closed Monday, January 15, 2024 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. It is anticipated that normal business hours will resume Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
